Snowing, packed snow and slick conditions in the Cascades near Fish Lake and Lake of the Woods, and at Quartz Mountain in western Lake County. Icy conditions reported in Lake County including Lakeview and Warner Mountain Summit. Plows and sanders working. Use caution.
