Winter Weather Advisory in effect through 4 pm this afternoon in the Cascades. Up to 13 inches of snow expected, along with gusty wind reaching 50 miles an hour. Travel will be difficult to hazardous. For eastern Klamath County through Western Lake County, the Advisory is in effect through Noon. Up to 5 inches of snow is possible. Travel could be difficult.
